He got it up and running in minutes and educated me on the issue and other ways to improve our system. He asked if I wanted these additional improvements/ fixes before completing them. Our 35-year old gas furnace stopped working during the coldest week in February (of course). Mike came out the same day to evaluate the problem. After deciding it was better to replace than to repair, Mike ordered a 2-stage American Standard Gas Furnace and installed it several days later. The furnace is quiet and efficient. We had our air conditioner stop working on a Saturday night when the high on Sunday was 90 degrees. We called Mike on Sunday morning and he was able to get here before 10am and fix the problem. He even contacted my husband when he was on the way as he was going to be a bit earlier then his original estimate. We will definitely be using him again if and when the need arises!
