Had Mike come out to offer a third opinion after another 'GIANT' company told me I needed a new furnace due to a cracked exchanger. Mike was very thorough In checking everything out, explaining all the signs to watch for, performing proper CO measurements, and in the process saved me $6000, would absolutely do business with this company again!

UPDATE: Fast forward 2 years later and we had an emergency call out to Mike because our furnace stopped working. He fit us in on Columbus Day at the very last minute and got us up and running with heat by the end of the day. He is always so kind and helpful. He’s up front, honest, and incredibly reasonable and transparent with his pricing. Thank you so much! ————— Mike was awesome to work with. We called asking for some maintenance on our AC, and he came out same day within a just few hours! My husband and I have never had more professional service. This is the second time that I’ve used this company. They are very professional. We have a home warranty that is supposed to take care of our system. Unfortunately, the contractors dispatched by the home warranty have consistently done poor work, at one point leaving us without heat for several weeks. On both occasions, Mike has rescued us with expert same day service and restored the heat in our home. Mike has been a godsend. I cannot adequately express my gratitude. If you need somebody who is professional, punctual and reasonable to give you honest work, you should hire him. You will not be disappointed.

I had a previous company misdiagnose the health of my furnace. Less than a week later it was no longer working. I contacted Mike and he made my service a priority that evening. He had a new unit ordered and installed 4 days later. Throughout the process, Mike: - was in communication about the status of my installation and kept me updated. - had educated me on the options available to me. - was professional and courteous in how he entered and exited my home, even during temperatures as low as -5°. - provided a time frame for future maintenance of the new furnace. We realized early Saturday morning our furnace stopped working. I called and Mike answered immediately. He was at our house within a few hours and instantly knew what the problem was.
