Our 35-year old gas furnace stopped working during the coldest week in February (of course). Mike came out the same day to evaluate the problem. After deciding it was better to replace than to repair, Mike ordered a 2-stage American Standard Gas Furnace and installed it several days later. The furnace is quiet and efficient. Mike was very prompt, professional, and communicative.

Mike assisted us with installing a new furnace after our furnace of 24 years finally gave out. This is the second job we have asked Mike to do for our house. He previously installed an outside AC unit. Mike is always professional and courteous in every interaction we have had with him. As long as Mike continues to run his business, he will be my go-to for all my family's HVAC needs. If you're in the Monroeville area I literally cannot recommend anyone else more highly.

I wanted to highlight the positive service that I received on an extremely cold day. I went home from work and did not have heat. I called Mike and he was able to come right out to service my furnace. Within an hour, he determined the problem, went out to get the part, returned to my house, and repaired the issue. I was very fortunate for Mike as my family and I had heat that evening.
