My furnace decided to stop working on Christmas Eve morning. With the record breaking cold and wind, obviously this was a bit of an emergency. I called about ten different companies and either I didn’t get an answer or I was told that due … More to the conditions, they were not accepting any more calls. Mike responded right away. He was upfront about his price and he also had a long list of emergencies for the day. He kept me posted throughout the day along with asking questions to make sure that once he did come out, he had a potential list of parts ready to go. At 10 PM on Christmas Eve he still showed up and had my furnace working in about 20 minutes. The whole visit was only about 40 minutes. To get that kind of response on Christmas Eve and to actually have the parts to fix it on the spot is impressive beyond words.
